Singapore Grand Prix 2025: The same setup at every counter, into race night

Back for a third race weekend, with vendors serving around the Portside food area.

In 2025 Dinetap returned to the Singapore Grand Prix for a third race weekend. Vendors around the Portside food area took orders and payments on Dinetap, from the first afternoon to the last race night.

The same kit at every counter

Every stall ran the same setup: a POS screen with the stall's own menu, a card terminal and a receipt printer. Staff who moved between counters found the same screens wherever they went, so there was nothing new to learn mid service.

Into the night

The busiest hours of a Singapore Grand Prix come after dark, when the queues are longest. Taking the order and the tap payment at the same counter kept lines moving, and the Back Office kept a running record of every sale through the night.

Three years in

Three race weekends on, the Grand Prix had become part of the calendar for Dinetap, and a yearly test of what the system is built to do: serve quickly under pressure.
