Merchants must be legally registered businesses.
Information provided during onboarding must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Merchants are responsible for all activity performed under their account.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
Ensure staff and authorized users comply with these Terms
Maintain accurate pricing, menus, and transaction details
Handle customer disputes and refunds in accordance with applicable laws
Transaction fees may apply based on payment method, card type, or service usage.
Fees are deducted as agreed and may be updated with prior notice.
Settlement timelines depend on payment providers and banking partners.
Dinetap is not responsible for delays caused by banks, networks, or third parties.
Wallet balances, prepayments, and credits are subject to system rules defined by Dinetap.
Merchants are responsible for honoring valid balances and credits.
Refunds, expiries, or adjustments may apply based on configuration and applicable law.
Dinetap is not liable for Merchant-configured promotions or offers.
Devices remain the property of Dinetap or its partners unless stated otherwise.
Merchants must use devices only for authorized purposes.
Loss, misuse, or unauthorized modification may result in charges or suspension.
Dinetap processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Merchants retain ownership of their business data.
Merchants are responsible for compliance with privacy laws relating to their End Customers.
Dinetap acts as a service provider and does not sell Merchant data.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, delivery services).
Dinetap is not responsible for third-party services.
Third-party terms and conditions apply independently.
Service availability may depend on external providers.
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Dinetap does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur without prior notice.
Dinetap may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Fraud, misuse, or illegal activity is detected
Required information is incomplete or inaccurate
Required fees remain unpaid
Merchants may terminate their account subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.
Dinetap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Dinetap is not responsible for lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Merchant within the applicable period
Merchant’s business operations
Breach of these Terms
Violations of laws or third-party rights
Disputes with End Customers
Dinetap retains all rights to its software, branding, and technology.
Merchants receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services.
No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it without authorization, except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
17. Changes to These Terms
Dinetap may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
