These Payment Link Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you (“Shopper”, “you”, or “your”) make a payment using a payment link (“Payment Link”) provided by a business (“Merchant”) that uses the Dinetap platform (“Dinetap Platform”).

Who am I paying?
